Charmiane Picard of The Art Newspaper reports Kehinde Wiley’s commissioned portrait of Michael Jackson is being unveiled this week at Deitch Projects. Wiley was contacted by Jackson in 2007 after the King of Pop saw the artist’s work at the Brooklyn Museum of Art.
